I got my plane ticket to Liberia! God is so good! I was on a waiting list for a flight through London and Brussels. This morning I prayed that God would allow this to go through if it was meant to be. I've been emailing different people and making phone calls all week, This afternoon, I got an email saying it had cleared and the price was $1000 less than my first estimate! I will be spending a night in Brussels, Belgium, and I am kind of excited about this! I've never been to Europe. I read a quote today by Helen Keller, "Life is either nothing or a daring adventure". I am a little scared to fly by myself across the world, but it is going to be an adventure and I can trust God to take care of me along the way. He has been faithful.
Today as a patient's visitor was cursing me out for no reason and other things were going wrong, I was full of joy to know I have a plane ticket with my name on it. Not that everything will be easy in Liberia, but I'm looking forward to a change. I'm very thankful and I don't take it lightly that this dream of going on a Mercy Ship and traveling is going to come to pass!

Also thanks for *your* Haiti pics... I'm sure we still have to wait a while until Brian perfects all *his* pictures, but they will be great, when they'll be finally up...
So, what day of the week will you be in Brussels? On the weekend or during the week? I'm glad you have your ticket to Liberia.

Awh! I'll live vicariously through your missions trip. I think I'm as excited for this new season in your life as you are! While, I would love for the Lord to give you a vision for Cali (and bring you closer to me, hehehe) I know there's soooo much more He's called you to. I'll be keeping my sista in prayer as you adventure in Africa! XOXOXO 4 LIFE!!!!
